HITZ 104.9 Pay your mortgage or rent contest starts on 9/21/2020 and ends on 10/23/20. This is an online contest. Contestants will be required to fill out a contest form on line at HiTZ104.9.com that will include personal information explaining why they should be the winner.  This information will be held in confidence by Momentum Broadcasting, and will not shared with any other persons or organizations.  The winner agrees to a check presentation which includes a photo opportunity with staff of HiTZ104.9 for publication.  Momentum Broadcasting as required by law will provide winner’s name and photo on our website.  Winner must be 18 years of age or older at the time the prize is won.  Winner will be required to provide proof of prize qualification which includes age and residency in Tulare or Kings Counties, California.  Winner will also be required to sign tax documents prior to receiving prize.  The prize to be awarded is a consolidated rent or mortgage payment of up to $5,000 to one entrant. There are no other prize elements.  All taxes and fees, state, local, and federal are the responsibility of the owner.    Promotion starts  9/21/20 with online entries, one per household.  Prizes are not refundable or transferable. There are no substitutions, exchanges or credits for any prize at any time. Resale for any reason is strictly prohibited. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled for any reason beyond the control of HiTZ 104.9 including but not limited to cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, due to weather or any other cause, our only responsibility to the winner(s) is to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s).  No substitution or compensation will be provided as replacement for the unavailable elements.
